Notable Collections

Individual pieces of Boehm™ porcelain sculpture are prominently featured in the permanent collections of 137 museums around the world, including such notable institutions as the White House, the Vatican, Elysee Palace, The Smithsonian and Buckingham Palace.

The Presidential Legacy of Boehm™ began during the Eisenhower Administration. As fervent admirers of President Eisenhower, Mr. and Mrs. Boehm™ especially created and gifted the "Hereford Bull" sculpture to the President and First Lady. It was not long before Boehm™ Porcelain Studio was commissioned by President Eisenhower to create unique sculptures that would be gifted to foreign heads of state.

Boehm's legacy of excellence continued during the 1960s. Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson were presented with Boehm sculptures, and these Presidents continued to commission Boehm to create sculptures for visiting dignitaries.

Boehm™ continued to have an enormous impact worldwide and was commissioned to create impressive works for Royal fans in London. Sculptures were presented to Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip and Pope Paul VI, among countless other international dignitaries. In 1972, President Nixon commissioned Boehm™ to create the Swans for Chairman Mao tse-Tung to commemorate the opening of China, which is now found in the Beijing Museum. In 1988, President Reagan commissioned Boehm™ to create the World Peace Doves to present to Russian President Mikhail Gorbachev. To this day, Boehm™ continues to create unique masterpieces for world leaders and international notables.
